Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
- A Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 1-2 years of experience.
- Assist Sales team in complete Sales process.
- Collaborate with approved suppliers for quotations to meet client’s requirement.
- Explore and add new suppliers to approved supplier’s list.
- Coordinate with internal Sales team if requested item is for Principals products and services.
- Communicate with client for any clarification.
- Tracking of all opportunities received from clients.
- Ensure that quotations meet the complete bid requirement as specified by clients.
- Prepare tender bid for hardcopy or online submissions as per client requirement.
- Print and sort received quotations according to submission date.
- Stamp and seal the tender bid as per client requirement.
- Maintain back up of copies of all submitted quotations and relevant communications.
- Assist team members to ensure that tenders are submitted to clients on due date.
- Actively contribute to CRM system & update the data base regularly to aid in the strategic decision making for the team.
