About Manufacturing

Euro Mechanical delivers in-country design, fabrication, assembly, refurbishment, and testing of critical process equipment for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, and utilities sectors. Our manufacturing capability includes pressure vessels, heat exchangers, separators, chemical injection skids, process packages, and other specialist industrial equipment engineered to international standards.

Through integrated engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, testing, and quality assurance teams, we maintain full control of every project from design review through factory acceptance testing (FAT) and final delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, and schedule certainty.

As a recognised participant in ADNOC's Local+ programme, Euro Mechanical supports EPC contractors in meeting localisation objectives through the delivery of Made in UAE products and services. Our New Product Development initiatives continue to expand the range of equipment manufactured locally, reinforcing the Make it in the Emirates vision and reducing dependence on imported equipment.

Our Smart Manufacturing roadmap is advancing digitalisation, data-driven operations, and Industry 4.0 principles to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance across the facility.

Standards and Governance

In-country manufacturing earns trust through uncompromising standards. Our governance framework aligns every project with internationally recognised codes, certified management systems, and traceable competency requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability throughout the product lifecycle. Built on this foundation, our Smart Manufacturing roadmap enhances operational performance through digital technologies, real-time data, and continuous improvement.

ASME-Coded
Fabrication

ASME 'U', 'U2', and 'S' stamps held for the ICAD facility. Every pressure vessel is fabricated to the relevant Section VIII division and signed off by qualified inspection.

NBIC Repair
Authorisation

NBIC 'R' Certificate covering both workshop and site work, authorising the repair and alteration of pressure-retaining items to National Board Inspection Code.

Integrated Management
Systems

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety, externally audited and applied across workshop and site work.

Smart Manufacturing
Roadmap

A structured Industry 4.0 roadmap under the ITTI assessment framework, enabling phased adoption of integrated production systems and Smart Manufacturing technologies while supporting Abu Dhabi's long-term industrial development objectives.

What Sets Manufacturing Apart

Certification Depth Across
Workshop and Site

ASME 'U', 'U2', and 'S' stamps and NBIC 'R' Certificate held for both workshop and site work, alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 integrated management.

In-House Engineering and New Product
Development

A dedicated Engineering and New Product Development function designs, analyses, and qualifies new equipment and process packages prior to fabrication, providing a structured pathway for innovation, localisation, and portfolio expansion.

Included in ADNOC Local+

Manufacturing is recognised under ADNOC's Local+ framework, supporting EPC contractors in prioritising Made in the Emirates products. Through our ICAD facility, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and complex process packages previously sourced overseas are now engineered, fabricated, and tested locally.

How Manufacturing Connects Across Euro Mechanical

Manufacturing forms part of a fully integrated delivery model that supports the EPC & Manpower Division. Equipment produced at ICAD feeds directly into project scopes, reducing import lead times, freight costs, and supply-chain risk while improving schedule certainty. Consistent engineering, quality, and project management processes provide clients with a single accountable line from design through to handover. The same model enables Euro Mechanical's global partners and OEMs to localise fabrication in the UAE, producing equipment to international standards while supporting ADNOC localisation requirements and the Make it in the Emirates agenda.
