Euro Mechanical's Manufacturing division operates a 23,000 m² fabrication facility in ICAD, Abu Dhabi. We design, fabricate, assemble, and test chemical injection skids, process packages, heat exchangers, and specialist industrial systems for clients across the UAE and the wider region.

About Manufacturing

Euro Mechanical delivers in-country design, fabrication, assembly, refurbishment, and testing of critical process equipment for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power, and utilities sectors. Our manufacturing capability includes pressure vessels, heat exchangers, separators, chemical injection skids, process packages, and other specialist industrial equipment engineered to international standards.

Through integrated engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, testing, and quality assurance teams, we maintain full control of every project from design review through factory acceptance testing (FAT) and final delivery, ensuring quality, reliability, and schedule certainty.

As a recognised participant in ADNOC's Local+ programme, Euro Mechanical supports EPC contractors in meeting localisation objectives through the delivery of Made in UAE products and services. Our New Product Development initiatives continue to expand the range of equipment manufactured locally, reinforcing the Make it in the Emirates vision and reducing dependence on imported equipment.

Our Smart Manufacturing roadmap is advancing digitalisation, data-driven operations, and Industry 4.0 principles to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance across the facility.

ASME-Coded
Fabrication

ASME 'U', 'U2', and 'S' stamps held for the ICAD facility. Every pressure vessel is fabricated to the relevant Section VIII division and signed off by qualified inspection.

NBIC Repair
Authorisation

NBIC 'R' Certificate covering both workshop and site work, authorising the repair and alteration of pressure-retaining items to National Board Inspection Code.

Integrated Management
Systems

ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety, externally audited and applied across workshop and site work.

Smart Manufacturing
Roadmap

A structured Industry 4.0 roadmap under the ITTI assessment framework, enabling phased adoption of integrated production systems and Smart Manufacturing technologies while supporting Abu Dhabi's long-term industrial development objectives.

Bulk Transportation Skids

Design, fabricate, assemble, test, and deliver eight skid-mounted chemical injection packages to Major offshore operator's specification. Eight chemical injection skids fabricated in country for Major offshore operator, covering corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, biocide, and antifoam service. End location: Upper Zakum, UAE.

Outcome
Eight units delivered against scope and accepted following factory acceptance testing.

Methanol Injection Package

In-house design through Solidworks 3D modelling and structural simulation. Mobile skid with fork-lift pockets, SS316 wetted parts, 1,200 litre methanol storage, 250 litres per hour injection rate at 450 barg, integrated over-pressure protection. The company's first fully engineered process package, supplied to Regional upstream operator in Asia. A high-pressure mobile methanol injection skid for well-start-up hydrate prevention

First fully engineered and manufactured Contractor process package. Delivered on schedule and within engineered specification, supporting Regional upstream operator's hydrate-prevention objective.

Onshore Refinery Piping Fabrication

Specification-driven piping fabrication and pre-assembly delivered from the ICAD facility for site installation. Process and utility piping fabrication for the Major refining operator facility at Ruwais, currently in execution.

Thomas Mason

Manufacturing Business Manager

Thomas Mason leads Euro Mechanical's Manufacturing Division as Business Manager, with responsibility for the ICAD fabrication facility, the in-house Engineering and New Product Development (NPD) function, while driving the division's growth across pressure equipment, process packages, and piping and structural fabrication. Under his leadership, the division is expanding Engineering capability, advancing its Smart Manufacturing roadmap, and strengthening its regional market presence in support of long-term growth objectives.
