About Valve Services & Management

Valve Services & Management is a dedicated discipline within the Services Division, supporting operators with structured, end-to-end valve lifecycle solutions. Our services include valve refurbishment and lifecycle support, valve automation, online safety valve testing, and online valve lubrication and sealing, delivered across both workshop and onsite environments.

Our workshop capabilities cover full mechanical and structural refurbishment, including welding, machining, lapping, grinding, reverse engineering of legacy components, and seat replacement across all valve sizes and pressure classes. Onsite and mobile workshop capabilities support valves up to any size and pressure rating, while our workshop facilities handle the full range of valve sizes and pressures up to 1700 bar. Our service facility is equipped with 15-ton lifting capacity.

We go beyond execution by combining engineering capability with AI-driven insight to predict and prevent valve failures. Using operational history and condition data, we enable condition-based maintenance planning, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimise shutdown and turnaround cycles. Our engineering-led approach across automation, testing, and online intervention ensures reliable valve performance, improved safety, extended asset life, and full audit-ready traceability.

Standards and Governance

Valve services are governed by rigorous standards and structured frameworks to ensure integrity, safety, and performance. Euro Mechanical operates in full compliance with internationally recognised ASME and API standards, manufacturer specifications, and operator-aligned inspection and documentation procedures.

ASME/API-Compliant Procedures

Valve inspection, repair, refurbishment and pressure-testing procedures performed to ASME/API standards.

Reverse-Engineered to Manufacturer Specification

Where OEM drawings/parts are unavailable, components are reverse-engineered to original design intent and metallurgical compatibility, preserving valve performance and safety.

Client-Aligned Standards

Execution aligned with client-specific standards and frameworks, supporting consistent delivery across complex assets and operating environments.

Auditable Documentation

Every test, repair and refurbishment is documented in a structured record set, with extended document storage to support operator audits, regulatory compliance and lifecycle planning.

What Sets Our Valve Services and
Management Apart

Full-Lifecycle Coverage Under One Team

From workshop refurbishment to live online repairs, our team covers the entire valve lifecycle.

Reverse Engineering of Legacy Valves

In-house capability to reverse-engineer valve components to original design intent where OEM parts are no longer available, keeping legacy assets in service.

Programme-Led Valve Management

Inventory tracking, PSV oversight, and lifecycle planning transform valve maintenance into a structured, auditable function rather than reactive break-fix.

AI-Enabled Valve Inspection

AI-based visual inspection enables rapid identification of defects using asset-specific historical data, supporting large-scale assessments with automated report generation.

Connected Capabilities

Valve Services and Management is one of four service domains within Euro Mechanical's Services Division. Many client scopes combine valve work with bolting and joint integrity assurance, live plant intervention, or habitat-enabled hot work.
