EPC delivers project execution and skilled workforce supply to ADNOC and international oil companies across the UAE. Project delivery and workforce supply operate under one leadership and one standard for safety, quality, and welfare, allowing operators to engage either capability, or both, through a single relationship.

Between them, the two capabilities span the operational lifecycle, from project delivery through to the workforce that sustains it. Both are ADNOC pre-qualified, ICV-rated, and built on five decades of UAE construction and workforce supply heritage.

VP, EPC and Manpower

Pravin Kumaresan leads Euro Mechanical's EPC division, with responsibility for its growth strategy and long-term investment. He directs the division's expansion across critical industrial sectors, developing the strategic partnerships and delivery capability that position the division for the next phase of energy sector demand. Leading a workforce of more than 1,800, he shapes the leadership and skilled talent that carry the division's most complex projects from award to completion.
