About Manpower

Manpower supplies skilled and semi-skilled personnel to operators and contractors across the UAE's critical industrial sectors. Our workforce spans mechanical trades, including welding, fabrication, and static and rotating technicians, alongside rigging and scaffolding, production and control operators, supervisors, engineers, turnaround and shutdown planners, integrity engineers, analysts, admin staff, and contracts specialists, deployed across operations and maintenance, shutdown and overhaul, warranty support, and construction and installation teams.

The division operates under four contract models: long-term service and term contracts, call-off contracts for both short- and long-term project mobilisations, shutdown and turnaround manpower for planned outage windows, and third-party payroll services. Euro Mechanical holds the Ministry of Labour approved Manpower Supply Licence and is ADNOC pre-qualified across multiple operating companies.

Our workforce is drawn from a diversified international pool, reflecting our commitment to global skills. Manpower operations are anchored in Abu Dhabi, with continuous onshore and offshore presence since 1980.

Standards and Governance

Manpower supply in the UAE's critical industrial sectors is regulated, audited, and held to international workforce standards. Three governance pillars define how the division operates.

Ministry of Labour
Manpower Supply Licence

Euro Mechanical holds the Ministry of Labour approved Manpower Supply Licence required to deploy personnel to operators and contractors in the critical industrial sectors, supported by a 1,000+ approved employment visa quota. The licence is the regulatory foundation of every manpower contract we hold.

Worker Welfare and
Labour Compliance

All deployed personnel are directly employed by Euro Mechanical and held under UAE Labour Law and MOHRE compliance. Accommodation, transport, medical, welfare, and end-of-service provisions are managed in accordance with statutory requirements and ADNOC contractor welfare standards.

HSE Governance

Every deployed worker undergoes ADNOC-aligned HSE induction, project briefing, and trade-specific training before deployment to any site. HSE and operations team members conduct scheduled site visits to engage with the deployed workforce and client end-users, with frequent onsite assessments carried out in collaboration with end-users. Site supervision, incident reporting, and HSE record-keeping are run against ADNOC contractor HSE requirements, with TRIR and LTIR tracked at division level.
