About Pressure Services

Euro Mechanical delivers pipeline intervention capabilities that enable modification, isolation, repair, and integrity restoration of live pressurised systems without shutdown. Covering hot tapping and line stopping, in service welding, pipe freezing, leak sealing, wellhead gate valve milling, and composite repair solutions, the service allows operators to maintain continuous production while executing critical maintenance, repair, and intervention activities across pipelines, process systems, and associated assets.

Operations are governed by internationally recognised standards including ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME Section VIII, API 1104, and API 2201 supported by PRCI validated in service welding assessment, detailed engineering review, and project specific risk analysis. Interventions are engineered around live operating conditions such as pressure, temperature, media, pipe size, and material integrity, ensuring each solution is technically validated, controlled, and safe to execute without compromising system integrity.

With in house design and manufacturing of intervention tooling and fittings, a large multi disciplinary field workforce, and expanded in country capability following the 2025 acquisition of Wellube, Euro Mechanical provides a single accountable partner for live plant and pipeline intervention. This integrated approach enables rapid mobilisation for planned and emergency scopes, combining engineering depth, specialised equipment, and certified execution teams to deliver safe, reliable outcomes while minimising downtime and production loss.

  • Supports valve replacement, repairs, modifications, and testing
  • Maintains system integrity throughout execution
  • Reduces product loss and avoids full system drainage
  • Faster and less disruptive than traditional isolation methods
  • Capability up to 24 inches and 600 bar, with engineered extensions
  • Execution planned based on fluid type, pressure, pipe size, and material condition
Online leak sealing on pipeline flange

Leak Sealing

Provides engineered online leak repair solutions for pressurised systems, restoring containment without process interruption.

  • Leak sealing on flanges, valves and pipelines at temperatures up to 700°C and pressures up to 350 bar
  • Custom-designed clamps and enclosures for each application
  • Sealant injection engineered to pressure, temperature, and media conditions
  • Executed on live systems without shutdown or production loss

  • Re-establishes full valve functionality and intervention access
Composite wrapping repair on pipeline

Composite Wrapping

Restores and protects asset integrity without replacement or shutdown, extending service life and ensuring containment.

  • Composite repairs for pipelines, piping, tanks, vessels, and structures
  • Repairs for corrosion, erosion, wall thinning, dents, and mechanical damage
  • Designed to ASME PCC-2 and ISO 24817 standards
  • Engineered based on defect assessment and operating conditions
  • Restores structural strength and pressure containment
  • Protective wrapping prevents corrosion and environmental damage
  • Applicable to complex geometries and irregular profiles
  • Suitable for temporary or long-term repair strategies
  • Reduces CAPEX and avoids full asset replacement
Pipeline purging and pigging operations

Purging and Pigging

Standards and Governance

Live-system intervention is unforgiving. There is no margin for unplanned consequence on pressurised assets. Every intervention is governed by code-compliant design, software-validated procedures, and engineering-led risk assessment before any work begins.

ASME/API-Compliant Design

Hot tap and line stop tees designed and manufactured in-house to ASME B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8. Full compatibility with client specifications, quality controlled end-to-end.

PRCI-Validated Welding Procedures

In-service welding procedures validated using PRCI assessment software. Heat transfer, wall temperatures, cooling rates, and burn-through risk modelled before execution.

Client-Aligned Standards

Execution aligned with client-specific standards and frameworks, supporting consistent delivery across complex assets and operating environments.

Engineered Risk and Certified Execution

Every live intervention is underpinned by detailed engineering risk assessment and hazard review, executed by experienced, qualified, and certified personnel ensuring full system control, safety integrity, and strict adherence to international codes and proven procedures.
