About EPC

EPC delivers Engineering, Procurement, and Construction across the UAE's critical industrial sectors. Our scope spans concept to commissioning, covering greenfield builds, brownfield modifications, plant maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, and multi-discipline specialist site works.

The division has expanded its in-house capability across painting and blasting, scaffolding, light civil works, and crane access. EPC is pre-qualified across multiple ADNOC operating companies.

Operations are anchored in Abu Dhabi, with active execution presence across onshore and offshore locations. The division operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and PMP-led project management standards, with ASME 'U' Designator and NBIC 'R' and 'A' Certificates applied where fabrication scope sits within an EPC contract.

Multi-discipline site execution across piping, structural, civil, and specialist intervention services. The backbone of every EPC scope.

  • Piping, structural fabrication and erection
  • Civil works for oil and gas
  • Coatings, insulation, and refurbishments
  • Onsite fabrication

Standards and Governance

EPC contracts are awarded to organisations that can demonstrate delivery against international codes and national value frameworks. Four governance pillars define how the division delivers.

PMP-Led Project Management

All EPC projects are delivered under PMP-certified project managers using lifecycle planning and controls. Estimation, planning, execution, and close-out follow ADNOC project governance and tender requirements.

ICV-Rated Supply Chain

Euro Mechanical is rated under the ADNOC In-Country Value framework, with active alignment to Local+ and ICV+ on every EPC tender. Domestic procurement and Emirati workforce development are embedded in the supply chain model.

HSE Governance

All projects operate under documented RAMS, JSA, HAZID, HAZOP, and PTW protocols. Project HSE plans are written against ADNOC HSE requirements, with TRIR and LTIR tracked at division level.

Quality and Fabrication Standards

ISO 9001:2015 governs the quality management system. Fabrication scope within EPC contracts is delivered against ASME ‘U’ Designator and NBIC ‘R’ and ‘A’ Certificates, with workshop and site applicability.

What sets EPC apart
