A leader with deep experience in energy services delivery, Mike sets the standards by which the organisation plans, executes, and assures its work. He leads the integration of divisional capabilities and the operational infrastructure that enables the company to scale without compromising on quality, safety, or client commitment.

Madina Crabb leads Euro Mechanical's financial strategy, governance, and reporting, providing the commercial rigour and financial discipline that underpins the company's growth ambitions.
