Euro Mechanical Introduces Innovative Chemical Injection Skid Package

Euro Mechanical has announced the launch of its new Chemical Injection Skid Package, aimed at catering to the evolving needs of its clients. The skid package boasts a modular design, making it versatile enough to cater to various project requirements, including fixed installations and mobile applications.

The company utilises modern 3D modelling, pulsation analysis, and stress analysis to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and safety. In addition, the skid package is compliant with various industry standards, including AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, ASME Sec VIII, UL 142, ATEX, IEC, NEMA, and offshore design conformance to IMDG and DNV-STE271/E273.

Euro Mechanical operates an ASME U & R Stamp-certified fabrication plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE, ensuring that it adheres to the highest standards in the industry. Additionally, it holds certifications guaranteeing that its products meet the highest quality standards, are environmentally sustainable, and meet occupational health and safety requirements.

Set to deliver eight Chemical Injection Skid Packages to an influential offshore energy company, each featuring DNV 2.7-1 structural frames and storage vessels, Euro Mechanical’s in-house design and engineering team develops the complete skid design from primary data, allowing it to provide custom solutions that fulfil unique project requirements.
