Fabrication Solutions
Our Fabrication facility within Abu Dhabi Industrial City (ICAD 1), is able to support the Petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Renewables, Water, Power and Manufacturing Industries across the region
Our facilities comply with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OSHAD-SF). This forms part of Euro Mechanical Quality system is accredited in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and Authorized by ASME for ‘U’ Designator and, NBIC for ‘R’, ‘A’ certification for both Workshop and Site works
To comply with our quality system the 23,000 m², facility has workshops for ferrous and nonferrous metals, CNC plasma cutting and the capability to roll steel up to 35 mm. Our approved welding procedures qualifies our certified welders to perform welding on material that is 200 mm thick.
Working with material this large requires heat treatment. Euro Mechanical have one of the largest furnaces in ICAD. The 6 mts Wide x 6 mts High x 12 mts Long furnace hold a temperature of 1100 Deg C. This is used for post weld heat treatment of Equipment’s, Piping spools to relieve stresses in material due to forming, welding and cold working. Our highly skilled fabrication team of planners, fabricators, welders and purchasers allow Euro Mechanical the ability to deliver specialized packaged solutions such as:
